Annamarie has been working with me for several months to enable me to obtain a very complicated mortgage refinance.  There were many, many obstacles that had to be overcome in order to proceed with the loan.  I could not have found anyone that was more thorough, patient and knowledgeable than Annamarie.
She explained in detail banking, real estate and mortgage procedures that have never been explained to me in the past.  She explained everything in easy-to-understand language, told me why she was doing what she was doing and why it was in my best interest.
There were many non-typical issues to overcome and Annamarie tackled and resolved each one.  At one point, I was on the verge of giving up but she talked me out of it, telling me to be patient and we would get where we needed to be.  She was right.  We closed on the loan in mid-July.
I highly recommend Annamarie Scarselletti’s services and I would contact her again if the need ever arises.  She has proven to be very professional and extremely competent in her profession.
